overview

Julia Nasiek is an associate in the Divorce & Family and Fiduciary Litigation groups at the firm’s Providence office. She focuses on all aspects of divorce, trust litigation, and probate issues.

Empathy is the core of Julia’s practice. As a result, Julia develops vital client relationships while maintaining the professional objectivity required to be a zealous and effective proponent. Above all, she is known for her strength – the strength of her advocacy, compassion, and arguments in court.

In her experience as a law clerk, Julia has not only helped clients work through complex personal and business-related financial issues, but has also worked extensively with sexual abuse victims and their family members by aiding in litigation against schools, coaches, and employers.
