Patricia E. Malley advises individuals and families on estate planning and estate and trust administration. She specializes in helping transfer wealth to her clients’ next generation via comprehensive gifting strategies and legal avenues while minimizing taxes, providing protection against creditors, preserving assets. She also assists clients in managing the administrative details and legal transactions involved.
Patricia takes time to fully connect with clients, understanding their concerns and working with their financial team to develop an estate plan that encompasses their goals. She strives to treat each client with prioritized, individualized attention and ensure that they feel secure by discussing the various estate plan aspects and providing them with options that will accomplish their objectives.
