overview
Peter M. Vetere is an associate in the Environmental and Real Estate groups. His litigation practice focuses on environmental law, including Massachusetts Chapter 21E governing hazardous materials remediation, stormwater issues, brownfields assessments, wetlands permitting and enforcement, and real estate law, including easement and title disputes, with a particular focus on registered land. Pete also represents clients in complex business and commercial litigation in matters related to real estate, construction, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and advanced technology industries.
Pete approaches litigation like an intricate puzzle to solve and enjoys digging into his clients’ matters, becoming an expert on the finer details to ensure the ball moves forward. “Strategic litigation decisions require deft tactical maneuvers, and plans require implementation,” he says. “I get into the trenches and make sure the everyday work gets done.”
