Peter M. Vetere

Peter M. Vetere is an associate in the Environmental and Real Estate groups. His litigation practice focuses on environmental law, including Massachusetts Chapter 21E governing hazardous materials remediation, stormwater issues, brownfields assessments, wetlands permitting, enforcement, and adjudicatory appeal under the Wetlands Protection Act and Chapter 91, and real estate law, including easement and title disputes, with a particular focus on registered land. Pete approaches litigation like an intricate puzzle to solve and enjoys digging into his clients’ matters, becoming an expert on the finer details to ensure the ball moves forward. “Strategic litigation decisions require deft tactical maneuvers, and plans require implementation,” he says. “I get into the trenches and make sure the everyday work gets done.”
