overview
Steve DiCairano is an associate in the Private Client Group at the firm’s Boston office. He focuses his practice on all aspects of fiduciary litigation.
A problem solver by nature, Steve works with clients to make informed decisions and create a tailored case strategy that best achieves their goals. He is known for appreciating each client’s case, understanding its factual nuances, and respecting its emotional and familial consequences. He also takes meticulous care to ensure that his clients understand what is happening each step of the way.
Steve knows that fiduciary litigation almost always involves deeply personal matters, so he focuses on litigating empathetically on behalf of his clients to achieve the closure they deserve. Steve brings this empathetic focus to all aspects of fiduciary litigation, especially in actions for guardianship and conservatorship, as he has personally experienced the need for, and effect of, an ongoing guardianship/conservatorship in his own family. In connection with his passion for helping persons with disabilities, along with their families, Steve serves on the Board of Directors of Triangle, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to enjoy rich, fulfilling lives.
