overview
Talia Azzaretto is an associate in the Private Client group, focusing on estate planning as well as estate and trust administration. She enacts sophisticated planning strategies tailored to her clients’ goals, including maximizing tax savings, planning for medical needs or long-term care, avoiding family conflict, carrying out charitable giving, providing financial security to loved ones, and keeping assets out of the wrong hands.
Estate plans vary widely depending on the complexity of a client’s assets, family make-up, life stage, and overall goals. Talia strives to educate her clients to ensure they are fully informed of the various planning strategies available to them, that they consider appropriate issues in selecting fiduciaries, and that they understand the potential impact their planning decisions may have on their assets and their loved ones during life and after death.
