Experience:

Mr. Forgione advises clients at all asset and income levels with their estate planning and probate needs, including estate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate and fiduciary income taxation. He has extensive experience representing individuals and estates in audit matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Administration. Mr. Forgione also works with small and medium size businesses in all areas, including the agricultural community, with their corporate and succession planning needs.
