overview

When it comes to handling family problems or business dilemmas, clients rely on Nick Forgione's straightforward approach to the matter. Many clients rely on him for advice in a number of legal areas, from personal to professional.

Clients at all asset and income levels come to Nick with their estate planning and probate needs. Their challenges include estate and trust administration, elder law, Medicaid planning, and estate and fiduciary income taxation. Audits can be an especially stressful situation, and Nick has extensive experience representing individuals and estates in audit matters before the Internal Revenue Service and the Massachusetts Department of Revenue Administration.

Additionally, many small and medium-sized businesses count on Nick for their corporate and succession planning needs. Since he often works out of the firm’s Andover office, clients who live in the suburbs appreciate the convenience of a local attorney, including those in the agricultural community.
