Harry Miller focuses his practice on stockbroker/customer disputes, investment fraud, securities arbitration and litigation, estate planning, corporate and partnership tax matters, and international taxation. Harry represents investors and individuals nation-wide who believe they have been defrauded by their stockbroker or investment advisor. In addition to participation in these cases in litigation and arbitration, he has been involved in approximately one hundred such cases in mediation.

Harry is also Co-Chair of the firm’s Tax practice group. His extensive tax experience includes international tax, trusts and estates, tax planning for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, hedge funds and joint ventures, tax planning for real estate development, estate planning and tax-oriented investment strategies.
