Mr. Volman is Co-Chair of the Firm's Business Law Department. Joe focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, start-up and emerging companies, private equity and venture funds, investors, family-owned businesses, public companies and investment banking firms in his core industry focus areas, which include:
