On October 26th, Beth Myers will chair the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. (MCLE│New England) panel “Ways to Toll the Statute of Limitations in Employment Cases.”
Panelists will share their experiences litigating employment cases with complicated statute of limitations issues and provide valuable insight and tips on strategies and defenses concerning tolling, the continuing violation doctrine, and relation-back pleading.
