On January 17th, Lisa Cukier and Sydney B. Brady will speak at the Probate and Family Court’s Fiduciary Litigation Session Year-in-Review, hosted by the Social Law Library and cosponsored by The Massachusetts Family and Probate American Inn of Court. The webinar will review the most notable Fiduciary Litigation Session decisions from 2023.

Other faculty of this event will include Hon. Edward Donnelly of the Probate and Family Court, Fiduciary Litigation Session, Hyman Darling of Bacon Wilson P.C., and Joseph Kropp of Gilmore Rees & Carlson.
