Angelina H. Landi is an attorney in the Private Client Group, concentrating her practice on all aspects of family law including high conflict divorce and separation actions, complex property distribution, alimony and child support, difficult child custody matters, interstate and relocation issues, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, DCYF actions, grandparent and sibling visitation, adoptions and guardianships, and domestic abuse.

As a certified Guardian ad litem, Angelina also represents the interests of children involved in divorce or other custody actions and prepares reports and recommendations for the court.

In family court, every case is individual and personal. Angelina’s philosophy for successful representation is to have a clear understanding of a client’s specific goals and concerns from the first day they walk in the door so that she can be their partner, advisor and voice through every step of the process.

• Assisted a mother in obtaining a restraining order against the father of her child whose threats specifically included attempts to interfere with her employment.
