Chris Wurster is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation and Employment Group. Chris’s practice is focused primarily on employment and business litigation in state and federal courts and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Chris frequently represents individuals in cases involving discrimination, harassment including sexual harassment, disability accommodations, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and breach of contract. As part of his employment law practice, Chris also provides clients with advice regarding employment-related agreements, including severance and non-compete agreements.
Prior to joining Burns & Levinson, Chris worked at a small firm in the Greater Boston suburbs, where he built and managed the firm’s employment law practice. During law school, Chris interned for the Honorable Patti B. Saris in Massachusetts federal court. In 2018, Chris also had the opportunity to teach Civil Procedure in the LL.M. program at his alma mater, Northeastern University School of Law.
