Tiffany Bentley has spent her entire legal career with the Private Client Group at Burns & Levinson, primarily focused on all aspects of Probate and Family Court litigation. From initial consultation, through discovery and settlement negotiations, and all the way to trial where necessary, Tiffany's clients can rely on her to bring superior knowledge and skill, as well as empathy and kindness, to obtain the best possible outcomes for them and their families.

Tiffany counsels high net worth individuals through estate and trust disputes, divorce and other family law matters.

On the estate and trust side, Tiffany’s practice includes will contests, all aspects of fiduciary litigation (representing both fiduciaries and beneficiaries), contested guardianships and conservatorships, as well as postmortem challenges to the validity of trusts, deeds, beneficiary designations and lifetime transfers. With respect to family law, Tiffany handles divorce and custody matters, prenuptial and postnuptial planning, and post-divorce contempt and modification actions.

Tiffany is also experienced in estate planning, as well as estate and trust administration.
