On February 13th, Scott Moskol will lead the “Lending to a Cannabis Operator: Issues With Compliance and Underwriting” webinar at the CUNA Cannabis & Hemp Financial Services eSchool 2024.

The session will discuss the various issues in developing a cannabis lending program, how to lend to a Tier II or Ancillary cannabis business, and underwriting issues when making commercial loans to the industry.
