This merger of equals has become ENPRO Holdings Group, Inc. (EHGI) with combined revenue of $50 million. The boards of directors of both companies approved the transaction, which closed effective May 7, 2015.
This merger brings together two of the region’s leading mid—size environmental & industrial service firms who maintain strong market positions in complimentary areas. This combination reflects both companies’ commitment to drive sustainable growth, creating one of the region’s leading environmental & industrial service providers. The four principal owners will continue serving in EHGI’s C-suite leadership.
